You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration.

You agree not to use ProfilePilot for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws. You may not post content that is defamatory, harassing, fraudulent, or infringes on the rights of others.

You retain ownership of all content you post on your profile. By posting content, you grant ProfilePilot a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute your content on your public profile page as configured by you.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

ProfilePilot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for damages arising from your use of the service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your profile and content will be removed.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
